Coreless motor is called coreless motor because there is no iron core in the coil of the motor. Its motor coil frame is between two rows of magnetic rails, so it is also called "U slot" motor. Its copper windings are encapsulated and located in the air gap between the two magnets. Because the motor has no iron core, there will be no attraction and alveolar force between the applied parts and the magnetic track.
Advantages of Coreless Motor
Non-attractive, balanced dual-track, safe and easy to operate, there is no attraction problem in the assembly process.
There is no alveolar effect, no alveolar effect in force-applied parts without iron core, which can ensure the best smoothness.
Lightweight force components, because there is no iron core, have greater acceleration and deceleration, and higher mechanical bandwidth.
Air gap adjustment is adopted to facilitate alignment and installation.
